This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Hampton, NH. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the home financing process, identifying ideal loan products suited to their needs, reviewing and underwriting loan applications, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications- Experience in loan origination and familiarity with the role of Loan Officers
- Strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry, including knowledge of current trends and regulations
- Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and compliance‑driven environment
- A valid NMLS license and relevant certifications
- Previous experience in mortgage sales or finance is preferred
