Asten Johnson is seeking a Fabric Team Leader to supervise a team in our fabric department. The role involves planning, assigning, and monitoring production, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining accurate records.
You will lead a group of 9–35 associates across a 6pm–6am shift, with Sunday–Tuesday work and every other Saturday. The position reports to the Manufacturing Team Leader and requires strong leadership and communication skills.
