Asten Johnson is seeking a Fabric Team Leader to supervise a 9–35 person team in the Fabric department, on a 6pm–6am schedule (Sunday–Tuesday, every other Saturday). You will plan production, review schedules, ensure safety and quality, and maintain essential records.
Ideal candidates have experience in nonwovens, lean manufacturing, ISO knowledge, and strong leadership. The role reports to the Manufacturing Team Leader and involves hands-on guidance and cross-department collaboration.
