Weekend Nurse Supervisor

Overview

Oceanside, an Award Winning Facility, is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor.

Schedule:

Sat & Sun 7am - 7pm. Work 24 hours and get paid for 40 hours.

• Oversee overall operations of the nursing center starting at 5 PM Friday until 7 AM Monday.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Leadership position responsible for delivery of high‑quality and cost‑effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Genesis Health Care and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Mentor, educate, coach and discipline nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals, serve as a resource to all staff.
• May also provide direct patient care to maintain skills.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of nursing experience.
• Diploma with 3 years of nursing experience.
• BSN with 2 years of nursing experience and successful nurse leadership experience for a minimum of one year.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the state.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (requirements vary by facility).

USD $41.50 - $51.00 per hour.
