RN​/LPN

River Woods Exeter is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for our 3p-11p part-time shift, providing high-quality care to residents in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in independent living, assisted living, and nursing care settings. You'll build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, support care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold regulatory standards while working in a respectful, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the 3p-11p shift
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Document care, medications, and assessments accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care and concerns
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff as appropriate
• Respond to emergencies and follow appropriate protocols
