Position: Program Management Analyst, Staff (A07) – Technical Project Coordinator

Job Overview

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the Consolidated Program Support Services for Project Coordination (CPSS PC) Contract at NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, Virginia. The role involves coordinating technical meetings and events, managing project calendars, and supporting documentation for NASA and partner agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, track, and report on programs, projects, and center activities.
  • Facilitate communication flow across project and program interfaces.
  • Maintain project and program calendars and schedule meeting invitations.
  • Update distribution lists, rosters, attendee lists, and organizational charts.
  • Prepare draft presentations and convert technical data into charts.
  • Provide quality assurance for documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Respond to requests from project and technical teams promptly.
  • Coordinate with other center organizations for graphics, printing, photography, tours, and facility usage.
  • Track meeting action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop guidance for reporting cadence, roster updates, calendar usage, and informal program actions.
  • Identify efficiency improvements and propose tools or processes.
  • Manage in‑room and off‑site meeting coordination (audio/visual, teleconferencing, online platforms).
  • Organize special on‑site and off‑site meetings, reviews, working groups, panels, and boards.
  • Verify attendee credentials, coordinate security and badge access for non‑NASA visitors.
  • Travel to support off‑site meetings and events.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, presentations, reports, and action items.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a NASA or large government/DoD environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience handling controlled/unclassified information (CUI).
  • Strong communication skills at all management levels.
  • Sound and quick decision‑making, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High professionalism and ability to work with all organizational layers.
  • Flexibility to meet changing requirements and short deadlines.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residence required.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
Salary

$65,000–$75,000, commensurate with education and experience.
