Our Automotive Technicians service and repair vehicles as assigned by management, following all established standards and procedures. In addition, they may also conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure optimal working order for customers as needed. This role must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, & the ability to deliver world-class customer service.

- Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, & testing
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
- Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations & standards
- Performing inventory stocking & other functions to maintain shop appearance, efficiency & safety standards
- Follows all shop policies, procedures, safety, & environmental rules
- Attends all staff meetings, training, & educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Up to $25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS based on experience!

- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have previous Automotive Technician experience OR equivalent automotive training
- Must have broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Unrestricted driver's license w/ clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic & standard transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication, customer service, & problem-solving skills w/ ability to keep composure under stress
- Must be highly professional/dependable
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, & lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience a PLUS but not required!
- ASE certification (or willing to obtain certification) a PLUS but not required!
- Virginia State Inspection License (or is willing to obtain license) a PLUS but not required!
