Automotive Express Techs

Location: Hampton, VA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Immediate Opening – Express Lube Technician (Training Provided)

Banister Nissan is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Express Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department. This position is ideal for individuals who want to start or grow a career in the automotive industry
. Previous experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided.

We are looking for team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Check and replenish vehicle fluids as needed
• Maintain accurate service documentation and repair orders
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure efficient service operations

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Automotive experience or technical training preferred but not required

• Competitive hourly pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
