Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet Virginia State Inspection requirements
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Managers
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates
• Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction
• Complete all required repair documentation accurately
• Mentor technician trainees as needed
• Attend manufacturer and dealership training sessions
• Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational regulations

Qualifications:

• Virginia State Inspection License (Preferred)
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical work practices and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
