Digital Consultants is seeking a Requirements Manager to support our rapidly expanding infrastructure and enterprise modernization at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the requirements lifecycle; elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect true business needs and strategic objectives
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
- Maintain a robust requirements management framework, including traceability matrices, baselines, and version control
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to gather requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and impacts associated with requirement changes
- Support the development of user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure requirements adhere to regulatory compliance and organizational standards
- Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project timeline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Education:
High School with 9+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) - Clearance: TS/SCI
- Certification:
DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA‑Security, CySA+, CND, etc.) - Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with requirements management tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- Experience with DOD Networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS)
