Project Superintendent

Insight Global is seeking a full-time Project Superintendent in the Richmond, Virginia area with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. This individual will supervise all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective management team for their clients.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience managing $20M+ projects
• OSHA training required
• Strong knowledge of drawings/specs
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
• Blue Beam + BIM experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations and trade partners
• Manage schedules and site logistics
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure scope alignment
• Perform constructability reviews
• Maintain quality control
• Enforce site safety standards
• Coordinate inspections and compliance

Yearly Salary: $120,000-$150,000/year

Logistics:
On-site in Hampton, Virginia

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
