What You’ll Do- Answer inbound calls & schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and drive show rates
- Provide a professional, high-level customer experience
- Support service team with daily communication and follow-up
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and motivated to earn
- BDC Central or CDK experience is a plus (not required)
- Full-time position
- Competitive base pay + commission (top performers earn $4-5K monthly)
