Responsibilities:
- Working with clients in a one-on-one relationship
- Use of CDK DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update clients frequently
- Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
- Explain all completed work and charges to clients
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer satisfaction is a plus!
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is a must
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
