Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday, day shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or schedule determined with manager)

Seeking a customer-focused professional to support a repair service department by managing customer inquiries, repair orders, warranty claims, and order processing. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding repair status and service requests.
• Process repair orders, quotes, purchase orders, and warranty claims.
• Provide status updates and communicate any delays or additional requirements.
• Coordinate repair scheduling, shipping, receiving, and invoicing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of customer service, administrative, order processing, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person.
• Experience in manufacturing, repair services, or technical environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is preferred but not required.

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, and computer work.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing and service environment.
