Sr. Distributed Common Ground System; DCGS Instructor

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Sr Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Instructor to support the 480 ISRW at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, Hampton, VA. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist in providing instructional support to enable the 497 ISRW to achieve its mission, integrating evolving courseware design and technologies with DCGS operations.
- Provide in‑residence academic classroom instruction, administer performance and written tests, support lab instruction, conduct appraisals, simulation/exercise events, and student training status updates.
- Share knowledge of DCGS products and instructional methods to deliver realistic and relevant training.
- Develop course content and scenarios to create an operationally relevant active learning environment.
- Utilize Learning Management System (LMS) technologies and training assessment/evaluation systems.
- Coordinate white‑cell support and technical assistance for Capstone exercises and performance checks.
- Perform detailed Quality Assurance reviews of courseware content.
- Ensure staff maintains instructor qualifications through local STAN/EVAL functions, bi‑annual/annual evaluations, or SME testing.
- Provide SME support and recommendations at Intelligence Realistic Training Review Boards (IRTRB).
- 8+ years of relevant experience;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered. - Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with Air Force DCGS and mission‑related analytic tools (Thresher, Chat Surfer, ISpy, Snapglass, FADE/MIST).
- Experience supporting all source intelligence in operations.
- Experience with ISR operations and multi‑intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills using structured analytic techniques.
- Understanding of ICDs and intelligence processes within the Air Force and the Intelligence Community.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, including conveying technical information to peers and non‑technical staff.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Instructor supervisor, course director, or similar experience managing course development cycles and meeting learning objectives.
- Experience with the IRTRB process and Development of Training Task Line (TTLs) for the DCGS enterprise.
- Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies and student‑tracking tools such as Technical Training Management System (TTMS).
- Expertise in scenario development and event storyboarding to meet course performance and knowledge items.
- Air Force instructor certification.
- Experience working within an AET.
- Provision of formal initial qualification training (IQT) supporting platform‑ and weapon system‑specific ISR operations.
- Understanding of ISD strategies and authoring tools.
