Position OverviewThe Department of Physics invites applications from qualified candidates to join its adjunct instructor pool. Primary teaching assignments include Introductory Physics lectures and laboratories(service courses). Candidates with advanced qualifications may alsobe considered for upper-division undergraduate or graduate-level courses.
Requirements- Introductory Physics courses: A master’s degree in Physics or a related field is required. Candidates holding a master’s degree in a related field must have completed a minimum of18 graduate semester hours in Physics.
- Upper-division undergraduate and graduate courses: A PhD in Physics is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with expertise inhealth-related physics and teaching experience.
