This is a full-time, on-site position for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager at a manufacturing client in Hampton, VA
. We are recruiting nationwide for this role, and relocation assistance is available.

As the EHS Manager, you will report to the EHS Director and oversee all EHS programs at the facility. You will be responsible for implementing, auditing, and continuously improving EHS policies and practices. Your goal is to ensure the highest level of protection for employees and company assets while collaborating with operations and other business leaders to maintain efficient productivity.

• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Developing and aligning corporate and local EHS goals and strategies.
• Leading EHS training programs to ensure employees are compliant with EHS behaviors and standards.
• Conducting EHS audits and inspections and developing remediation plans.
• Managing multi-media environmental compliance, including but not limited to:
  Water (SPCC, storm), Waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), Air (internal respiratory and external emissions).
• Building positive relationships with federal, state, and local regulators.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives for EHS policies and programs.
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.

Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000
