Description- Reviews project quantities and manages the project quantity book.
- Assists with cost report management and tracking.
- Assists with regular updates of project schedules.
- Manages subcontractors and/or suppliers and inputs quantities into the system of record and prepares subcontractor pay estimates and reviews supplier invoices.
- Performs quantity take offs.
- Identifies and resolves conflicts between design plans and onsite conditions and communicates changes to Project Engineering.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree
Experience2 years of experience in estimating or engineering in heavy civil construction industry
