Senior Quality & Reliability Engineer Details:

• Contract position
• $ 60.00 / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)
• Lead quality activities for new product development from concept through launch
• Represent the voice of the customer on cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, quality, ITAR, and export control requirements
• Facilitate quality reviews, risk assessments, design reviews, and validation activities
• Lead 8D investigations, root cause analysis, and FMEA risk mitigation
• Drive MSA, Control Plan development, and APQP deliverables including DFMEA, PFMEA, and Process Flow documentation
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approvals
• Support internal audits, project reviews, and issue escalation
• Drive lessons learned, continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and quality training
• Serve as the primary customer-facing quality representative
• Travel up to 20% regionally

Senior Quality & Reliability Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including NPI/APQP
• Expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, quality planning, 8D, and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 22163 quality standards
• Internal Auditor experience preferred
• Experience with FMEA/Control Plan software (APIS IQ-RM Pro a plus)
• Proficient with Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• ITAR Requirement:
  Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or Protected Individual)
