Skills & Experience:
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment as an engineer. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Auto Cad and Solid Works experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both operators on the floor and cross-functional teams. Ability to write clear and detailed technical instructions along with a solid analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Skills & Experience:
Prior experience working in a process engineer position or prior experience doing engineering in a manufacturing environment. Background in materials science or familiarity with titanium, ceramics, or casting processes.
Job Description:
This process engineer will support the manufacturing of titanium components for aerospace and military applications in a highly hands-on, shop-floor environment. The role involves working directly with operators to monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues in real time while ensuring processes are being followed correctly. This person will be responsible for developing and modifying work instructions, improving manufacturing processes, and designing fixtures or tooling to support production efficiency.
They will also interface with internal engineering teams and customers, analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities, and play a key role in driving process improvements across the operation. As they gain experience, they will take on increased ownership of projects and have the opportunity to grow within the role. The pay band for this position is between $80k-90k and is dependent on experience and your interview.
