We're partnering with a leading aerospace component manufacturing company to find a Senior Environmental Engineer to join their Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in Hampton, VA.

This is a high-impact role where you will drive environmental compliance, lead sustainability initiatives, and support continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing operation.

• Lead environmental compliance across air, wastewater, stormwater, chemical, and waste programs
• Partner with plant leadership to promote EHS culture and continuous improvement
• Manage wastewater treatment systems and environmental monitoring activities
• Oversee regulatory reporting, permitting, and agency interactions
• Deliver training and lead cross-functional environmental initiatives
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of environmental/EHS experience
  , ideally in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Experience managing air, water, wastewater, or waste programs
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead initiatives across teams
