We're recruiting an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Audi store, and we want to be direct about what this seat is. It's a luxury franchise, a discerning clientele, and a pay plan that rewards performance, period. Regardless of volume, if you produce you get paid.
What you'll do:
- Own every delivery new, used, lease, and cash with a consistent, compliant menu presentation
- Drive product performance and you must be efficient, transparent, and polished
- Keep funding clean and CIT tight; luxury paper should never sit
Who we're looking for:
- A proven F&I manager with verifiable production luxury or import experience strongly preferred
- Someone fluent in captive programs
- A professional who protects gross through value, not friction
- CDK and Darwin experience a plus; a track record matters more than a software resume

Strictly based on performance. No volume gates, no fine print that shrinks your check in a slow month. Your PVR and product performance drive your income directly.
