Position: SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY) with Security Clearance
Duties
* Oversee team performance to strengthen daily operations.
* Evaluate policy requirement to ensure board decisions.
* Deliver training materials to support staff development.
* Review training trends to enhance future board training.

Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing military records to ensure they meet legal and human resources requirements; coordinating staff development to improve operations; and supervising staff to ensure effective performance and compliance. Time in Grade Requirement:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13). Additional information

* This position requires a 1 year probationary period during which the agency evaluates your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
