Overseeing and ordering shipments.
Optimizing scheduling for clinic performance.
Collaborating with patient experience and revenue cycle teams.
Managing patient retention through outbound calls for unscheduled treatment.
Supporting Office Manager in daily operational tasks and inventory management.
Implementing guest-centric standard operating procedures with the Studio Manager.
Welcoming and ensuring guest comfort at the clinic.
Delivering consistent high-quality service and hospitality in-clinic, via email, or phone.
Work with the entire Clinical Team to enhance operations for a better guest experience.
Supervising front desk staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluations.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our expanding range of products and services.
