Mobile X-Ray and EKG Technologist Job Description

As a Mobile X-Ray and EKG Technologist, you will provide essential imaging services to nursing homes and healthcare facilities. Experience job satisfaction with autonomy, variety of patients, and a collaborative team.

• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
• Transmit X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unload and set up portable X-Ray equipment at various healthcare facilities.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images as per physician's orders.
• Perform EKGs as necessary and send results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and management for efficient operations.
• Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment.

• ARRT Certification - Required
• Active Driver's License - Required

This position requires varied shifts from Sunday to Saturday, between 0700 - 2300 hours.
