Sentara Health is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA. The role is part-time (40 hrs/wk) with rotating shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
The Pharmacist will ensure safe, effective pharmaceutical care within the medication-use system, review orders for appropriateness, and provide education and counseling to patients. Virginia license and BLS are required; ACLS preferred.
