• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working with children or within school environments is highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and therapy documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the education team
• Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support to educators and families
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely records of student performance and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
