Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life. As a PCA/NA/CNA, you will oversee operations, support, and ensure the clients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized care to the client
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Assist with monitoring medications as required
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean living environment
- Document client care activities using EVV systems accurately
- Communication between residents, and families regarding care plans and clients needs
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed
- Familiarity with personal care home operations and home & community care experience is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- First aid & CPR basic knowledge is required
- Ability to perform cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment for residents
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
