Role And Responsibilities
- First person point of contact for customers who are undergoing audits of their systems at ALTESS by KPMG/FM&C
- Schedule and organize meetings for each team member to participate effectively and efficiently by holding mock walkthroughs for each audit.
- Review, strategize, and collaborate with my team members regarding each agenda provided by KPMG to ALTESS to ensure a smooth audit process from start to finish
- Ensure the quality of deliverables match and exceed client expectations that were provided by my team
- Gather, organize, and submit one day turn-around deliverables to KPMG on their audit management tool AFACT
- Diligently keep a systemic check on each Provided by Client (PBC) deliverable as to see the process through from start to finish
- 7+ years supporting U.S. Army ALTESS projects, audits, managed services, and customer relations processes
- Extensive experience with KPMG and FM&C audit processes, including 7+ years using the AFACT audit management tool
- ITIL v3 or higher certified, with strong understanding of IT service management best practices
- Proven audit and project coordination experience, including developing timelines, schedules, and communicating effectively throughout the full audit lifecycle
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Must live within 50 miles of Radford, VA as this job requires in person work at least 3 days per week
Must hold and maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience- Project Management Software Expertise:
Deep understanding of leveraging project management software to streamline service delivery and optimize outcomes. Experience with implementing and utilizing project management tools to drive high service performance and exceptional results. - Service Management Platform Knowledge:
Familiarity with service management platforms and their application in managed services delivery. Understanding of how to leverage these platforms to remove obstacles and deliver exceptional results. - IT Service Management Best Practices:
Experience with IT service management best practices and frameworks, such as ITIL, to drive high service performance and alignment with client needs and business objectives.
