We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VMware Consultant to support mission-critical automation and troubleshooting tasks for a federal customer.

Will support the overall deployment of VCF9 within the NIPR ISN/SIPR ISN and other programs related to AFLCMC/HNI and or 83rd NOS. Will work alongside a VMware enterprise architect that is building the design, and this role will be responsible for implementing the deployment of that effort. Will support all relevant upgrades and admin tasks as assigned related to VMware VCF technologies.

• Implement and deploy VMware-based virtualization solutions.
• Optimize customer’s IT infrastructure, improve system performance, and ensure business continuity using VMware technologies.
• Assess client needs, troubleshooting VMware environments, and providing recommendations for best practices.
• Support virtualization, networking, and cloud integration.

• Proven experience with:
  • vSphere
  • vCenter
  • NSX
  • VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-security, on-site environment.

• Prior experience supporting federal or DoD customers.
• Familiarity with DoD STIGs and SRG compliance automation.
