Join Our Team as a Systems Administrator at Zachary Piper Solutions! Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a intel customer. This program provides field support for the collection, correlation, and dissemination of intelligence from airborne, ground, and other ISR systems-delivering near real-time, actionable intelligence to warfighters. Responsibilities:
* Monitor, maintain, and administer Linux and Windows systems supporting classified intelligence applications.
* Perform system configuration changes, backups, restores, and user account administration.
* Troubleshoot system issues and develop technical solutions to maintain system availability.
* Support system installations, upgrades, and integration activities.
* Ensure operational readiness and reliability of mission-critical systems. Required
Skills and Experience:
* Active TS/SCI
* Experience administering Solaris/Linux and Windows operating systems
* Strong knowledge of Linux system capabilities including:
* Active Directory authentication
* Permission management
* DNS, Samba, NFS
* Package management
* Understanding of core network services and protocols
* Knowledge of DNS, LDAP, NIS, and Windows system security
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills
* Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, when mission requires Compensation:
* Salary Range:
Up to $110,000 based on experience
