The Enterprise Management Training Support shall support the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with organization strategy, commitments, and goals. Use knowledge of and experience with AF intelligence analysis and training applications, process evaluation, and TTP development to support A2 activities as the lead Command for analysis OT&E duties for the USAF, to assist in developing analysis tradecraft and provide analysis support to acquisition responsibilities.
EssentialFunctions
- Organize analytical projects and training products in support of the Analysis Division (A22A).
- Evaluate analytic training across the Command in support of Analysis Enterprise Management.
- Assist in developing standardized training methods and TTPs to benchmark analysis training across the Command.
- Serve as a training expert, working across A2 divisions and external organizations to improve and codify analysis tradecraft and ensure analysis training requirements incorporate current TTPs.
- Develop Analysis Occupational Competencies and Analysis Tradecraft TTPs in coordination with MAJCOMs, MFMs and CFMs.
- Develop Analysis Occupational Competencies and Analysis Tradecraft TTPs in coordination with MAJCOMs, MFMs and CFMs.
- Draft Bullet Background Papers and briefings as requested by ACC/A2 leadership.
- Develop standardized training methods in coordination with ACC/A23T.
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software, as well as familiarity with intelligence-specific software and systems.
- Ability to deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
- 4 years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
