We’re seeking a Junior Level Multi‑Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All‑Source Analyst to join the Leidos Defense Sector for a current Junior Analyst role at Langley Air Force Base
. This is your chance to be part of a premier Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission
.

• Facilitate coordination of multi‑ISR domain mission activities with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to support current operations and Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE).
• Assist with long‑ and short‑term analysis, focusing on Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning
  , ISR operations, and assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues.
• Develop responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure compliance with AF DCGS TTPs
  , AF, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Associate's degree and 2–4 years of experience or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 5 years of experience is required.
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all‑source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
• Experience in exploiting data from multi‑domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases.
• Proficiency or familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in areas such as Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products.
• TS/SCI access eligibility upon start date.

• Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable directives, standards, and reporting cycles
