Cybersecurity Technical Lead
Everyone knows security needs to be "baked in" to a system architecture, but you know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. Use your cybersecurity skills to lead the design and development of secure systems for the client, creating industry‑best‑standard solutions that withstand advanced threats.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the identification of tools and techniques to translate customer IT needs and goals into secure, effective solutions.
- Advise on new techniques, break free from legacy models, and guide the team through network design decisions, balancing security and enterprise needs.
- Oversee integration of secure practices such as endpoint‑based detection, response (EDR), multi‑factor authentication, identity and access management, and advanced analytics.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to use cybersecurity solutions to help clients meet their toughest challenges.
- 8+ years of experience with enterprise environments, including on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud‑based systems.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture and designing security solution integrations, including SIEM and SOC solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in the integration of cyber capabilities in a geographically separated enterprise environment.
- Experience leading engineering teams, handling high‑volume workloads with agility using Agile methods, and communicating at all levels.
- Ability to configure, deploy, and implement Elastic on AWS or on‑premises in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with enterprise cloud at IL4, IL‑5, and IL‑6 and traditional classified networks, including SIPRNet and JWICs.
- Python or Bash scripting experience.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, No
SQL, and regular expressions. - Experience with NIST Special Publications relating to RMF, incident response, forensics, and system engineering.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS, CI/CD, and IaC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Elastic Certification.
- DoD 8570 IAT‑II or III certification such as Security+, CySA+, or GSEC.

CompensationProjected compensation range is $ to $ (annualized USD), based on location, education, skills, and organizational requirements.
