All Source Analyst - Junior Level with Security Clearance

Job Description The contractor will coordinate mission activities across multiple ISR domains in collaboration with Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders. Works with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to support current operations, conduct long- and short-term analyses, and develop ISR mission plans. Provides expert assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues in response to Requests for Information (RFIs).

Ensures compliance with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as all applicable directives. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Technical Expertise:
Proven skills in exploiting and reporting data from multi-domain sources, performing data mining, and utilizing Intelligence Community (IC) databases.
* Adaptability:
Experienced with tools such as JIRA and Confluence, with subject-matter expertise in Space, Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and DoD/IC applications.

* Analytic Functions:
Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments, both regional and functional. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.
* Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the designated labor category description.
* Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.

* Develops structured research methodologies, including obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within established security and data protocols.
* Recognizes nuances and resolves contradictions or inconsistencies in information.
* Utilizes complex analytic methodologies such as structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, High-Impact/Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis, and Alternative Futures Analysis) to strengthen arguments and mitigate surprise.
* Understands intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including technical sensors, platforms, and human intelligence sources relevant to the labor category.
* Evaluates collected intelligence reporting, engages with collection managers, and develops refined collection requirements. Required Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
* Associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 2 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 5 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for an associate's degree
