Associate Logistics and Provisioning Analyst Security Clearance

Overview VTG is seeking an Associate Logistics and Provisioning Analysts to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA. These entry-level positions execute provisioning database tasks, stock number research, and supply support data management under the direction of senior ILS staff.

• Perform FLIS screening and file change requests for AN/SQQ-89 spare parts and consumables
• Execute stock number research and NSN data entry in ICAPS-CS under senior oversight
• Maintain APL/AEL data and support supply support database updates
• Assist with inventory management functions and warehouse support at OSR locations
• Support data calls with data compilation and format preparation
• Maintain ILS tracking spreadsheets and action item logs
• Coordinate document uploads to iPDM and configuration management tracking systems
• Assist in preparation of ILS audit materials and data packages

• Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
• 0 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience
• Familiarity with Navy supply systems (FLIS, OMMS-NG, ICAPS-CS) preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred;
  Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry in structured database environments
• Navy veteran with logistics rating (SK, AK, LS, or equivalent) or DOD supply experience a plus
• Position contingent upon contract award. VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $38,000-$83,000; this is a general guideline for the geographic location and may vary based on experience, education, skill level, and contractual requirements.
