As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team across multiple service lines.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of our sales operations, managing a team of reps, setting and tracking performance goals, and helping drive revenue across our residential, commercial, and gutter divisions.
This is a leadership position for someone with strong roofing or construction sales experience who’s ready to coach a team and hit aggressive growth targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach, train, recruit, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Set sales goals and implement systems to monitor team performance
- Drive growth across all service lines: residential roofing, commercial roofing, and gutter installations
- Assist reps with closing large or strategic deals
- Report sales KPIs and pipeline updates to company leadership
- Support marketing and lead generation strategies
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with roofing products, pricing, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Roofing or construction sales experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems
- High-level understanding of the gutter installation market is a plus
- Confident in managing sales metrics, forecasts, and CRM tools
- Skilled at coaching, motivating, and holding a team accountable
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and hungry for growth
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Base salary + performance bonuses
- Commission overrides on team sales
