Job SummaryTeam Managers supervise full‑time and part‑time employees who interact with patients and customers via email, phone, live chat, and in‑person. The role focuses on leadership and guidance to ensure staff achieve customer happiness through effective communication, problem solving, and efficient processes. The anticipated salary range is $57,934.00 – $61,931.00 annually.

- Supervise front desk reception and branch coordinators.
- Assist in implementing new policies and programs.
- Assist sales in maintaining contact with major accounts and key referral sources within the branch territory.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Supervise all direct reports within the department.
- Handle performance management, hiring, and discipline of direct reports.
- Provide direction and guidance in work assignments.
- Offer timely coaching and feedback to staff.
- Ensure work assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- In‑depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Good PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Degree in management or training in team leadership is a plus.

- English – reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Intermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data.
The position is stationary, requiring frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, speaking, listening, close vision, and color vision. Occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, and reaching above the shoulder may be required, including lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
