We’re looking for a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres. You’ll take full ownership of service delivery, new member acquisition, team culture and your centre’s growth. You’ll build a high-performing environment where children thrive, families trust us, and your team loves coming to work.

You’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:

• Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
• Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
• Leading, coaching, and developing a supervisor and team of tutors
• Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
• Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently

You’ll balance hands‑on educational leadership with operational excellence.

You’ll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning

You’ll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps

You’ll build your centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation

You’ll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported

You’re passionate about education and working with children

You have experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment

You lead boldly and take full ownership of goals, driving progress and tackling challenges head‑on

You inspire and empower your team to perform at their best, cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability

You use data to diagnose needs, plan strategically, and improve results

You communicate clearly, confidently and with impact

You balance multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure

Enjoy 27 flexible holiday days each year, plus extra gifted time off between Christmas Eve and the New Year. Further additional holiday is also given based on your length of service.

You’ll have 3 additional paid days off to take for a personal or religious celebration, wellbeing or a volunteer day.

There will be the potential to earn an individual performance bonus based on the performance of your centre of £1250 twice a year.
