Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Hampton, VA seeks a senior operations leader to manage the Hampton Structures Facility. You will own P&L, oversee Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Maintenance, and drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
You will partner with segment leadership to realize growth, manage headcount with HR, and deliver monthly business reviews with senior management. A strong Lean background and US work eligibility are required.
