Salary $28 - $38 per hour

Our machinists are trusted professionals who work with tight tolerances, complex prints, and a variety of materials. This is a shop that values craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork.
This role is well-suited for a machinist who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and seeing a job through from setup to finished part.

- Set up and operate CNC mills and or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
- Load tools, fixtures, and materials for production runs
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Make minor offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Identify and communicate quality or machine issues promptly
