Job Details / Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or CNC machine tools to produce precision parts
  • Machine large and complex components to tight tolerances per blueprints and specs
  • Perform milling, turning, boring, drilling, and other operations on various materials
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality compliance
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain efficiency
  • Collaborate with programmers, fabricators, and assembly teams on projects
  • Keep work area organized and follow all safety and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
  • Multiple years of machinist experience in precision or heavy manufacturing
  • Proficiency reading blueprints, GD&T, and using precision measurement tools
  • Ability to work with large parts and complex setups
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility for day (7am-3pm) or 2nd shift (3pm-10pm)
  • Ready to start quickly in a fast-hire environment
