Hiring: CNC Machinist | Manufacturing Industry
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience operating and setting up CNC machines in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues during production
- Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on the shop floor
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of machining tools and processes
- Experience with blueprint reading and precision measurements
- Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming/CAD/CAM is a plus
- Technical certification in machining/manufacturing preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands‑on experience operating and setting up CNC machines
- Experience with lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills related to machining and tooling
- Strong understanding of machining processes, machine maintenance, and quality control
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic CNC programming knowledge
- CAD/CAM software exposure
