Hiring: CNC Machinist | Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience operating and setting up CNC machines in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues during production
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on the shop floor
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of machining tools and processes
  • Experience with blueprint reading and precision measurements
  • Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming/CAD/CAM is a plus
  • Technical certification in machining/manufacturing preferred
Must Have Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands‑on experience operating and setting up CNC machines
  • Experience with lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills related to machining and tooling
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, machine maintenance, and quality control
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic CNC programming knowledge
  • CAD/CAM software exposure
