** 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
** Pay:** $/hr
** What You'll Do*
* + Set up and operate
** lathes, mills, grinders, and drill machines*
* + Read and interpret
** blueprints, technical drawings, and specs*
* + Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials
+ Perform
** precision measurements** (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure
** tight tolerance compliance*
* + Adjust machine settings during production to optimize performance
+ Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, dimensions, machine errors)
+ Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safe operation
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines
** What You Bring*
* +
** 5+ years
** of CNC machining experience in manufacturing
+ Strong understanding of
** machining processes and equipment*
* + Ability to read and interpret
** blueprints and technical drawings*
* +
Experience with
** precision measuring tools*
* + Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality
** Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)*
* + CNC programming or setup experience
+ Familiarity with
** CAD/CAM software*
* + Industry certification (NIMS or similar)
+ Experience in
** defense, aerospace, or high-spec manufacturing*
