Operates and maintains casting furnaces to specification;
Monitors gauges and settings to ensure proper pour speed and temperature;
Coordinates job numbers with correct alloy, weight, and temperature per PMS;
Replaces crucibles/packs crucibles using grog per best practices;
Participates in 6S programs and follows approved processes and procedures
