Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs;
Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and drill machines;
Perform precision measurements (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and inspect finished parts for tight tolerance compliance;
Adjust machine settings during production to optimize performance and troubleshoot machining issues;
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines
