Branscome is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator in Hampton, VA to batch, crush and/or segregate materials for asphalt paving projects. You will assist with assembling, maintaining, repairing, and disassembling plant equipment as needed, while monitoring gauges and equipment performance.
The role requires basic mechanical skills, ability to operate plant controls, and a valid driver’s license; travel between plants is expected. Overtime and safety adherence are part of the job.
