Days. Compensation: $15,000 salary with sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. New graduates are welcome to apply and encouraged to inquire about the new‑grad sign‑on bonus.
The Sentara Care Plex Hospital Nurse Residency Program is a 6‑month program designed for RNs with less than one year of experience. New graduate RNs are automatically enrolled with no additional paperwork.
ResponsibilitiesThis position’s primary duties include assessing and admitting patients, rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with family members, and providing overall patient care.
Qualifications- License and certification in Virginia or a VA/Compact multi‑state license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- Education:
RN‑Associate’s, RN‑Bachelor’s, RN‑Diploma, or RN‑Master’s degree
Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, scheduled 36 hours per week.
