LPN Clinical Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for assisting with oversight of daily clinic schedule and ensuring clinical coverage.

• Ensure compliance and a high level of accuracy of clinical care to patients from our physicians and clinical staff to include charting, testing, and general delivery of medical care.
• Demonstrate and maintain a professional relationship with medical staff.
• Build trusting collaborative relationships through timely follow up regarding requests and concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and physician office staff to provide for the specialized needs of the patients.
• Demonstrate flexibility in managing clinical staff to meet the needs of the practice.
• Demonstrate a teamwork attitude in meeting the challenges of needs from within the clinic and from other departments outside the clinic.
• Demonstrate a personal ability to respond with flexibility to changes and adapt to varying work assignments.

• Education:
  
  Program Graduate, Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
• Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
• Experience:
  
  1 year Clinical nursing experience (Required)

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
