Position: 1:1 Pediatric 1:1 Certified Nursing Assistant in Hampton, VA
Support exceptional pediatric care with a specialized role focused on 1:1 assistance for a student in a school-based environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to use your CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) skills in a meaningful setting, working directly with one child to ensure their health and engagement throughout the school day.

Schedule/Hours:

• Typical school day hours, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, individualized assistance
• Professional and reliable work ethic
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 care and support to a student with health or mobility needs during the school day
• Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and activities of daily living as directed by the student's care plan
• Monitor student's comfort and safety, responding appropriately to any health concerns
• Collaborate with school staff and nursing supervisors to follow established protocols
• Maintain clear documentation of care and communication with appropriate personnel
